Photo exhibit in New York City Hall showcases children with autism

April is Autism Acceptance Month.There is a special photo exhibit on display in the New York City Hall. The subjects are all children with autism. Artist Joya Korem is displaying photos and profiles of the children. Some are Bangladeshi, while others are Bangladeshi American. They all have autism, and they are all truly unique. Pictures say a thousand words, as the saying goes.

Mayor Eric Adams got a tour and urged us all to become more autism aware.The photo exhibit will be at City Hall through the end of May. The hope is to get the exhibit displayed in a major museum after that.
